Web Designer (Figma)
Experience: 3+ years · Employment: Full-time · Salary: $80/hour
Challenging and interesting projects await you, along with an experienced and friendly team. All our clients are foreign companies (EU/USA and others), so English is required. We specialise in developing custom web applications, websites and browser extensions. You will work closely with other designers, frontend and backend developers, testers, project managers and other staff. The company has a Personal Development Plan (PDP) for every employee.
Working conditions
- Work strictly in the office.
- Official employment.
- The first month is a paid corporate Bootcamp.
- The Bootcamp period is paid as a fixed monthly salary.
- Always stable and on-time salary.
- Hourly-rate review every six months with a 50% increase (per regulations).
- Quarterly bonuses based on project results.
- MacBook Pro 13/16, 4K monitor, stand, mouse, keyboard, headphones, a comfortable chair, company t-shirt and mug.
- Work day 8:00–17:00 (the daily plan is set at the standup and must be completed within the day by control points; the project manager closes the day after accepting the work).
- Breakfasts, lunches and more in the kitchen at the company’s expense (coffee, tea, cookies, sweets, yoghurts and drinks in the fridge).
