SportAPI is a sports odds API provider for sportsbook websites, mobile applications, sports services and internal platforms. The feed supplies sports, countries, competitions, event participants, match states, betting markets, selections and odds. You can choose a package for one sport, ten sports or the complete sports catalogue instead of paying for coverage your product does not require.
The free two-day trial gives you enough time to send real requests, inspect available events and markets, and connect the feed to a test interface. Ready-made examples and AI-friendly Markdown documentation help a developer or AI agent build a first event screen in about 15 to 20 minutes.
Use prematch data for scheduled events and live data for matches currently in progress. Each mode returns the event information, markets and prices available at the time of the request. Prematch and live records are independent feed entities and should be processed by their stable identifiers.
The Sports Line API can power event lists, competition pages, event screens and betting-market interfaces. If your project also requires bet placement and bet slip settlement, connect the separate betting module alongside the sports data feed.
The odds API returns decimal odds. Each selection carries its price in oc_rate, the market and selection names, an additional parameter for handicaps and totals, and an oc_block flag that marks suspended selections. Besides the main markets, popular matches include submarkets for halves, corners, cards and other event lines. The full structure is described in the odds data model.
During a match prices and market availability change constantly. With a production key live data usually arrives about 2–3 seconds after a change at the source. The update guidelines recommend polling the live match list every 7 seconds and a specific live match every 5 seconds; for prematch, 30 seconds is enough. Always hide or disable selections with oc_block: true so players cannot select a closed price.
The sports odds API covers 25+ sports, from football, basketball and tennis to table tennis and regional leagues. The exact list of competitions depends on the source and on the plan: one sport, ten sports or the full catalogue. Esports odds for Dota 2, Counter-Strike 2 and other disciplines are available through the esports odds API, and the full set is included in SPORT FULL.
Compare providers on the depth of markets for your key leagues, the speed of live updates, how suspended outcomes are flagged, the languages of team and market names, the price for the sports you actually need and the quality of the documentation. Test all of it on a trial key before you sign. If you are comparing vendors, see how to choose a sports betting API provider; if you are ready to connect, start with the sportsbook API integration plan.
